Digital tools to support people with a learning disability, families and carers

Why not use the digital care plan resources on your smart phone or tablet? If you’re a service user, carer or family member, you can simply open the care plan on your mobile, or you can scan the QR code with your phone.

Developed by the Working Academy team at the University of Bradford with AI translation expertise from Virtturi, a user can build up their own digital support guide of films, images and information that they can keep with them on a phone for easy access.
